Building Smarter Communities, the European Social Fund Community Initiative, which aims to promote new ways of combating discrimination and inequalities in the labour market through trans-national co-operation contracted Native Events to produce a 5 day programme consisting of team building programmes, workshops, a centre piece dinner, a conference and a range of other leisure pursuits. This was promoted internationally and Native Events co-ordinated all the Press and media relations.

Native Events devised travel, accommodation and business plans for over 300 delegates from throughout Europe.
